Change Ecosystem Map

The Change Ecosystem Map is a Lean Change Management tool for assessing the environment you are trying to change. It’s similar to the Change Blast Radius (below) but with a slight, but important twist - instead of putting the key changes in the centre, you list your core team.

You use this tool to understand how to influence change in the organization. All change requires influence and relationships to move forward. Does your team possess that influence with the most important areas of the business? If not, do you have the right core team members? How can you leverage areas of influence to connect with areas where you have no influence?

Use this tool to find out.
