The Strategic Change Canvas is all about creating and maintaining alignment. In this module you will learn the techniques and approaches for aligning your organization and keeping it aligned.
Module 6:
Putting it all Together
It’s time to bring it all together. You’ll start by seeing an example of a real-world Strategic Change Canvas. Next, we will take everything you have learned and summarize it in the top ten benefits of the Strategic Change Canvas. Finally, we will share five action-oriented tips for getting started with the Canvas.
